QUALITY
QUALITY IS PART OF THE PROCESS.
Every job maintains complete traceability, from material certificate to final inspection report.
Material traceability
Grade, supplier, purchase order, batch and heat number are recorded against the material and carried onto the job.
Calibrated inspection
CMM, optical measurement and hand equipment are calibrated on recorded intervals with certificates held on file.
Drawing control
The shop floor only ever sees the currently released revision. Superseded revisions stay available for audit, marked OBSOLETE.
Inspection documentation
FAI, inspection reports, certificates of conformity and subcontract certificates are issued with the delivery.
Supplier control
Subcontract finishers are approved, monitored and required to return process certificates against our purchase order.
